Ok, I know it isn't Monday, but I caught up in school work. Anyway, on to the report.  

1. The GJW is over and I'm pleased with the participation from this phyle. I'll be passing along some of my own recommendations to Mejas and JaM3z, but I bet they've already thought of them. Now, hopefully we'll see some results that will make us look even better.

2. I'd like to welcome NOV Ralf into the phyle and thank him for jumping right into the GJW.

3. Phyle numbers are down! Therefore, with all of you as witnesses, I'm asking Mejas to move some people into the Dark Orb phlye. Hopefully, we'll have some new teammates soon.

Other than that, there isn't much to say. Let's hope that Arcona wins this GJW!
